the City Council of the City of Plymouth, znnesota was held--6n--the

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-509
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
FERNBROOK LANE/RIDGECREST ADDITION UTILITIES
PROJECT NO. 804 AND 829
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 6, dated August 2, 1979, for C. W. Houle
landscaping has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc
and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to amek payment on Request
for Payment No. 6 in the amount of $120,608.81 to C. W. Houle Landscaping for
Project 804 and 829.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
