AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
WELL PUMP NO. 5
PROJECT NO. 812
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1, dated August 8, 1979, for Thein Well Co.,
Inc. has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and
payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 1 in the amount of $17,957.70 to Thein Well Co., Inc. for Project
812.
