moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-507
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PINEVIEW LANE - UTILITIES AND STREETS
PROJECT NO. 106
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1, dated August 4, 1979, for 'rogressive
Contractors, Inc. has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authroized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 1 in the amount of $7,020.00 to Progressive Contractors, Inc.
for Project 806.
