RESOLUTION NO. 79- 504
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 911 - CONTRACT III
DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH UTILITIES
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following changes
to Contract III, Downtown Plymouth Utilities:
1. Install necessary sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, culvert
and pedestrian underpass in the extension of 37th Avenue to the
easterly side of Plymouth Creek.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for Project 911, Contract III is recommended for
approval
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 2 for Project 911, Contract III adding $93,151.00
is approved and the original contract price of $1,020,756.50 is revised to
$1,113,937.50.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe
