RESOLUTION NO. 79- 503
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 911 - CONTRACT I
DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH STREETS
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following changes
to Contract I, Downtown Plymouth Streets:
1. The east end of 37th Ave. is to be extended and relocated so that
the street will extend easterly across Plymouth Creek.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for Project 911, Contract I is recommended for approval
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 2 for Project 911, Contract I adding $86,584.60
is approved and the original contract price of $911,147.70 is revised to $997,732.30.
