to due call and notice
thereof, a regular
meeting of
the City
Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota was field on
the
20th
day of August
19 79 . The following
members were
present:
Mayor Hunt, Counci members Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and
Spaeth
The following mem ers were assent:
None
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-502
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. E1
PROJECT NO. 615
ELECTRICAL CONTRACT - CITY CENTER BUILDING
WHEREAS, Change Order No. #1 has been prepared providing for the following
changes to the electrical contract for the City Center building:
Additions:
1. Phone conduit for rooms 117 and 10
2. Install two 208 v. outlets
3. Fixture over reception area - Type AD
4. Dimmer switches
5. Outlets for police radios
6. 30 amp circuit for computer
7. Floor outlets
8. Outlets in reception area
9. Repair underground cable
10. Type OB light fixture
11. Electric door locks
12. Change location of floor outlet
Deletions:
1. Type AH fixture
2. Telephone outlet
3. Entry light fixture
WHEREAS, Change Order No. E1 for Project 615 (electrical contract) is recommended
for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. E1 for Project 615 (electrical contract) adding
$2,932.83 is approved and the original contract price of $153,810.00 is revised
to $156,742.83.
