RESOLUTION NO. 79-501
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
PROJECT 908
MEDINA ROAD AREA STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing
for the following changes
to Medina Road Area Street Improvements (Project 908):
I. Clearing and grubbing of trees on Ranchview Lane between
Medina Road and 28th Ave.
2. Install 100' of 15" c.m.p. culvert at Medina Road on east side
of Vicksburg Lane,
3. Change rubble retaining wall to timber wall and increase length
and height.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Project 908 (street improvements) is recommended
for approval
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIr1 OF PLYM00TH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for Project 908 (street improvements) adding
$15,125.00 is approved and the original contract price of $149.300.00 is revised
to $165,025.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Coun i er Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
