Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was eidon the
2 th day of August 1979 The following members were
present: favor Hunt, Councembers Davenport, Hoyt Neils and Spaeth
The following mem ers were anilmsent: None
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-500
REQUEST FOR A PERMANENT UTILITY EASEMENT
STATE OF MINNESOTA
PROJECT NO. 846 - RAPPAPORT ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth, under Project No. 846 (Rappaport Addition) is
proposing to construct a sanitary sewer line across Tract D, Registered Land
Survey No. 237, a parcel of land owned by the State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to have a signed easement from the State for said
construction;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the City request from the State of Minnesota an easement for the
construction and operation of a sanitary sewer line on Tract D, Registered Land
Survey No. 237.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Council er Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
