Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-499
AUTHORIZATION TO EXECUTE LICENSE AGREEMENT
PROJECT NO. 806 - PINEVIEW LANE
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth under Project No. 806 (Pineview Lane) is proposing
to construct watermain and storm sewer on the Soo Line Railroad right of way,
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to have an executed license agreement with said rail-
road for said utilities,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Mayor and Manager are authorized to execute the license agree-
ment with the Soo Line Railroad for the construction and operation of watermain
and storm sewer on the railroad's right of way.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any cost of said license agreement be charged to the
project fund for Project No. 806, Pineview Lane.
