The following members were present: Mayor Hunt, Counci members Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth The following members were absent: None Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and move its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 79-496 RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT STREET LIGHTING CEDAR RIDGE 1ST ADDITION 38TH PLACE SOUTH OF 39TH AVENUE WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions of the Council adopted June 4, 1979, reports have been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of the Cedar Ridge 1st Addition and 38th Place South of 39th Avenue by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and these reports were received by the Council on August 20, 1979; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council finds and determines that said petitions were signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improvements. 2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolutions adopted June 4, 1979. The petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for those improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power Company.
