Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,innM�- esota was a on the
20th day of August , 19 79 . The following members were
present: Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: M�!pr Hunt
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-495
ORDERING AMENDMENT TO ENGINEERING REPORT FOR
PROJECT 920 - TURTLE LAKE AREA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council orders that a revision in the engineering report
be prepared to include watermain on Vicksburg Lane from County
No. 9 to the north line of Section 16.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. are instructed
to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the
Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvements
are feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed
or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated
cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
un;ilmemba and uponvote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor Mereof: Quacilmembers D v
Hoyt. Neils and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly 5assed and adopted.
