RESOLUTION NO. 79-493
ACCEPTING PETITION FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO
WIND SONG ADDITION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council accepts the petition from Keith Stotts, the owner
of the property known as Wind Song Addition.
2. The petition is hereby referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik &
Associates, Inc. for study and that they are instructed to report
to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in
a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvements are
feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or
in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost
of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
faj,ni;avor and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote In t ereo : MWr Hunt. Councilmembers Davenport.
Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
