RESOLUTION 79-489
ESTABLISHING CONDITIONS TO BE MET RELATIVE TO REZONING OF PROPERTY AT NORTH-
EAST CORNER OF HEMLOCK LANE AND COUNTY ROAD 10 FOR WILLIAM C. JONES (79054)
WHEREAS, The City Council has adopted an ordinance rezoning the property at
the Northeast corner of Hemlock Lane and County Road 10 from R-0 (Restricted
residential Subdivision District) to R1 -A (low density single family residential
district); and,
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and has recommended approval subject to certain conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does establish the following
conditions to be met in conjunction with the rezoning of the property at the
Northeast corner of County Road 10 and Hemlock Lane:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum including provision
for necessary right-of-way dedications and easements.
2. Access to the property shall be from Goldenrod Lane.
3. Location of the single family dwelling on the property shall be in
accordance with Zoning Ordinance standards.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
rn_nn ijmember Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fOilowing voted Ina� vor thereof. Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt,
Neils and Snaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
