RESOLUTION 79-485
DENYING REZONING FOR LEWIS SUPPLEE AT 1410 STATE HIGHWAY 101 (79037)
WHEREAS, Lewis Supplee has requested approval of a rezoning request from
R1 -A (low density single family residential) to B-1 (office limited buisness)
at 1410 State Highway 101; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the request following a duly
called public hearing and recommended denial;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ply-
mouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does deny the rezoning request
of Lewis Supplee at 1410 State Highway 55 for the following reasons:
1. Proposed zoning is not consistent with the Guide Plan
2. Proposed use represents an undesirable intensity as to traffic
generation and utility capacity for the area
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing P.esolution was duly seconded by
4ungilmember Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
