Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a r ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was heTif—on 'the
20th day of Augllst , 19 79 . The following members were
present: _Mayor Hunt. Counci members Davenport Hovt Neils and Spaeth
The following members were a sen : ---None
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOUTION NO. 79-484
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR
PLYMOUTH HILLS REVISED FOR PLYMOUTH HILLS COMPANY (A-675)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat for Plymouth Hills Revised
as requested by The Plymouth Hills Company;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to recording
of said plat:
1. Outlots A, B and C shall be deeded to the City.
2. 38th Ave. easterly of Outlot C shall be eliminated and combined
with Outlot F.
3. That easements for 37th and 38th Avenue shall be granted to the City.
