_Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79- 483
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR PLYMOUTH HILLS REVISED FOR
THE PLYMOUTH HILLS COMPANY (A-675)
WHEREAS, The Plymouth Hills Company has requested approval of the final plat of
Plymouth Hills Revised, located in Outlots E, F. G, H and vacated 37th Ave. of
Plymouth Hills Addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does, approve the request of The Plymouth
Hills Company for final plat approval of Plymouth Hills Revised located in Outlots
E, F, G, H and vacated 37th Ave. of Plymouth Hills Addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
Mayor Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth .
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly,passed and adopted.
