moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 79-482
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR TRINITY POND FOR
TRINITY ASSOCIATES (79009)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development con-
tract for Trinity Pond as requested by Trinity Associates;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ply-
mouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to
recording of said plat:
1. Compliance with City Engineer's memorandum;
2. Payment of park dedication fees in lieu of dedication in accordance
with the established City policy at the time of final platting
for 7 single family lots;
3. Final plat shall include a plan indicating the minimum approved ground
floor elevation for each lot and the proposed ground floor elevation
for each lot in accordance with City policy.
4. Driveway access to County Road 15 is prohibited.
