moved its option:
RESOLUTION 79-480
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR GONYEA'S SECOND ADDITION
FOR GONYEA DEVELOPMENT COMPANY (A-223)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract
for Gonyea's Second Addition as requested by Gonyea Development Company;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ply-
mouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does direct the following prior
to recording of said plat:
1. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum;
2. Payment of park dedication fees in lieu of dedication for 9
single family residential lots in accordance with City policy at
the time of filing of final plat;
3. Evidence of acquisition of plat 43713, parcel 2697 shall be sub-
mitted and approved by the City Engineer
4. A temporary turn -around shall be constructed on Ximines Lane to
provide access to City maintenance and emergency vehicles subject
to the approval of the City Engineer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly -passed and adopted.
