RESOLUTION NO. 79-474
CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING TO ESTABLISH STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT TAX DISTRICTS,
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS, AND STORM SEWER FUNDS IN EACH DISTRICT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS that a public hearing shall be held
on Tuesday, September 4, 1979 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the
City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota to consider the
following:
1. The establishment by ordinance of storm sewer improvement tax
districts to be designated as Storm Sewer Improvement Tax Districts
No. 1 Bassett Creek Watershed, No. 2 Minnehaha Creek Watershed,
No. 3 Elm Creek Watershed, and No. 4 Shingle Creek Watershed,
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 444.17 - 444.21.
2. The adoption by resolution of a capital improvement program for
each Tax District.
3. The creation by ordinance of a Storm Sewer Reserve Fund for each
District.
FURTHER, the Clerk shall give published notice of this hearing as required
by law and all persons wishing to express their views relating to the above
matters will be heard at the public hearings.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CRuncilmembpr and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n avor thereof-- - Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Davennort.
