moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-472
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
1979 STREET SURFACING
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 3, dated July 31, 1979, for Hardrives, Inc.
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and payment
is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 3 in the amount of $78,529.55 to Hardrives, Inc. for 1979
Street Surfacing.
