moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-470
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH - CONTRACT II
PROJECT NO. 853 AND 911
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 2, dated July 31, 1979, for irogressive
Contractors, Inc. has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make Payment on Request
for Payment No. 2 in the amount of $178,037.07 to Progressive Contractors for
Project 853 and 911.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
Councilmember Neils- , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
foTlowing voted in favor t ereo ayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt and Neils
The following voted against or abstained -None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly 6assed and adopted.
