AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
MEDINA ROAD AREA STREETS
PROJECT NO. 908
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1, dated August 1, 1979, for Jerome P. Begin
Contracting Co., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik 5 Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make paymmt on Request
for Payment No. 1 in the amount of $45,487.80 to Jerone P. Begin Contracting Co.
for Project 906.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils and upon vote beipg taken hereon, the
