Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on the

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-467
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
MEDINA ROAD AREA UTILITIES
PROJECT NO. 908
WHEREAS, REquest for Payment No. 1, dated August 1, 1979, for Nodland Associates,
Inc. has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and
payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 1 in the amount of $13,293.45 to Nodland Associates, Inc. for
Project 908.
