AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
NORTHWEST INTERCEPTOR SEWER
PROJECT 902
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 2, dated July 30, 1979, for Northdale
Construction Co. has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for P,pyment No. 2 in the amount of $120,423.28 to Northdale Construction Co.
for Project 902.
