RESOLUTION NO. 79-464
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
WELL NO. 5 - PUMPHOUSE
PROJECT NO. 812
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 2, dated July 30, 1979, for A & K Construction,
Inc. has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and
payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department be authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 2 in the amount of $7,130.43 to A & K Construction, Inc. for
Project 812.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
Councilmember Neils 'and upon vote being taken thereon the
following voted in favor Thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt and Neils
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared 'duly paised and adopted.
