HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1979-463Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of August , 19 79 . The following members were present: Mayor Hunt, ounce mem ersavenpo—r , Hoyt and Neils The following mem ers were absent-- ounce mem er Spaeth Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and Moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 79-463 ORDERING REINSTATEMENT OF SANITARY SEWER TO PROJECT NO. 916 SHERD-BROWN/HONEYWELL WHEREAS, Resolution No. 79-201 of the City Council adopted the 16th day of April, 1979 ordered the improvement and the preparation of plans and specifications with respect to utility and street improvements for the Shedd-Brown/Honeywell property and adjacent property; and WHEREAS, that Resolution deleted the sanitary sewer to serve the Schiebe plat as originally proposed in the preliminary engineering report; and WHEREAS, the city has since received a petition from the developer of the Schiebe plat requesting that the sanitary sewer be reinstated as part of the project; and WHEREAS, the developers of the Schiebe plat have waived their right to a public improvement hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the sanitary sewer to serve the Schiebe plat as proposed in the preliminary engineering report is hereby ordered as part of the improvement and the plans and specifications shall include this construction. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the TOT1owl ng voted in favort ereo Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt and Neils The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and a opte . :yr,t
