RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID
PROJECT NO. 846
RAPPAPORT ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the construction of street
and utility improvements for the Rappaport Addition (Project No. 846); and
WHEREAS, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the
following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

AND, WHEREAS, it appears that Northdale Construction Co. is the lowest responsible
bidder;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into
the attached contract with Northdale Construction Co. in the name
of the City of Plymouth, for the construction of street and utility
improvements for the Rappaport Addition (Project No. 846) in the amount
of $269,388.00.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to
all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits
of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained
until a contract has been signed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cogo—cilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in avor t ereo yor Hund:, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt and Neils
