Pursuant to due call aqd notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
6th day of____August 1979 . The following members were

Councilmember Hit introduced the following Pesolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 79-460
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR RICHARD LINDELL
AT NORTHWEST CORNER OF 34TH AVE. N. AND KILMER LANE (79049)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot consolidation for Richard
Lindell, Resolution 79-459;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ply-
mouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does direct the following con-
dition to be met prior to filing of said lot consolidation:
1. Provision for necessary utility and drainage easements as
determined by the City Engineer
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken t%ereon, the
following vote in avor there : yor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt and Neils
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
