RESOLUTION 79-459
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR EXISTING PLATTED LOTS FOR RICHARD LINDELL
AT NORTHWEST CORNER OF 34TH AVE. N. & KILMER LANE (79049)
WHEREAS, Richard Lindell of 8433 39th Ave. N. has requested a consolidation
of existing platted parcels within the City of Plymouth;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ply-
mouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does approve the following con-
solidation and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary
special assessment corrections based upon City policy when the consolidation
is approved by Hennepin County.
Existing land to be consolidated: Lot 8, Block 1, Glen Erie Addition
PIN NO. 24-118-22-11-0014
Lot 9, Block 1, Glen Erie Addition
PIN NO. 24-118-22-11-0015
It is to be.consolidated into a single parcel.
