HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1979-458CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t 6th day of August 19 79. The following members were present: —73—y—or—Tfunt, ounce mem ers Davenport, Hoyt and Neils The following members were absent:oounc mel ber Spaeth Coungi_Imember _Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 79- 458 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT RENEWAL FOR CHARLES CARLSON AT 3425 N. COUNTY ROAD 18 (A-508) WHEREAS, Charles Carlson has requested renewal of a conditional use permit for Fun and Games Amusement Center located at 3425 N. County Road 18; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval; NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ply- mouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Charles Carlson for a conditional use permit renewal of the Fun and Games Amusement Center located at 3425 N. County Road 18 subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with all applicable construction codes and ordinances; 2. No smoking be allowed on the site; 3. Patrons must be 15 years of age or older unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian; 4. Hours of operation of the Amusement Center shall be: Monday through Thursday 4:30 to 10:00 PM Friday 4:30 to 12 midnight Saturday and school holidays & vacations 10:00 AM to 12 midnight Sunday 12:00 noon to 10 PM 5. No more than 40 persons shall be allowed in the building at one time; 6. Two adults shall be on duty at all times; 7. All approved site improvements including landscaping and paving shall be completed on or before September 15, 1979, and a renewed performance bond shall be submitted to the City covering 150 percent of the cost of the private improvements to the property (landscaping and paving) termed for 24 months to assure initial maintenance and upkeep of the improvements; Resolution #79-458 Page 2 8.
