Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
6th day of August , 1979 The following members were
present: —mayor Hun ounce mem ersaven or Hoyt and Neils
The following members were a sent: councilmember Spaeth
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:

SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LO DIVISION FOR METRAM PROPERTIES
(79014)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Metram Properties,
Resolution #79-453;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ply-
mouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does direct the following con-
ditions to be met prior to filing of said lot division:
1. Compliance with City Engineer's memorandum for this project;
2. Provision for all necessary utility and drainage easements as
approved by the Cit;; Engineer;
3. The legal descrip. on shall be verified with respect to any portion
3. of the parcel located north of Lancaster Lane and in that regard
the complete legal description of the parcels north of Lancaster
Lane relative to the Four Seasons Shopping Center shall be sub-
mitted far purposes of processing a separate lot consolidation
resolution resulting in a single tax parcel for the Four Seasons
Shopping Center
