the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota s heTd on the
6th day of August , 1979 . The following members were
present: -Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt and Neils
The following mem ers were absent: Counci member Spaeth
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-449
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "FOX GLEN" IN OUTLOT D OF
CRITERION MPUD 78-1 FOR ZACHMAN HOMES (A-814)
WHEREAS, Zachman Homes has requested approval of the final plat for "Fox
Glen" in Outlot D of Criteron MPUD 78-1, a plat for 54 single family lots
located at 39th Ave. N. and Fernbrook Lane and a development contract therefore;
and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its
approval; and
WHEREAS, City staff has prepared a development contract coverinq the
improvements related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does approve the request of
Zachman Homes for final plat approval of "Fox Glen" in Outlot D of Criterion
MPUD 78-1, a plat for 54 single family lots;
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved and that
the Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract
on behalf of the City.
