Home My WebLink AboutCity Council Resolution 2009-303CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION No. 2009-303 RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO POLICY REGULATING THE USE OF CITY HALL FOR MEETING PURPOSES WHEREAS, the Council has a policy that determines which rooms are available for non -City meeting purposes; and WHEREAS, it's desired that the Bass Lake Room be available or non -City meeting purposes, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Policy Regulating the Use of City Hall for Meeting purposes is hereby amended to include the Bass Lake Room. Approved this 8th day of December, 2009.
