Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,Minnesota was held on the
Fith day of Au usstt , 1979 . The following members were

Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 79-445
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
18TH AVE., 17TH AVE. AND COUNTY ROAD 18
WATERMAIN EXTENSION
PROJECT NO. 933
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted a Resolution the 9th day of July, 1979 fixing
a date for a public hearing with respect to watermain extension on 17th Ave.,
18th Ave. and County Road 18; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 6th
day of August, 1979, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given
an opportunity to be heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
Resolution adopted July 9, 1979, including the folowing streets:
u. 18th Ave. from South Shore Drive to County No. 18 frontage
road.
b. 17th Ave. from South Shore Drive to County No. 18 frontage
road.
c. County No. 18 frontage road from 18th Ave. to 13th Ave.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as
engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications
for making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Count m mber Hoyt and upon vote beingtaken thereon, the

Hoyt and Neils
