the City Council of the City of Plymouth, innesota was held on the

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution anc
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-444
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
CRITERION M.P.U.D.
PROJECT NO. 925
WHEREAS, a Resolution was a ted the 9th day of July, 1979 fixing a date. for -
a public hearing with respect utility and street improvements in the Criterion
M.P.U.D. and adjacent area; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of sanitary sewer,
watermain, storm sewer, bituminous streetwith concrete curb and gutter and all
necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 6th day
of August, 1979, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
Resolution adopted July 9, 1979, and as contained in the preliminary
engineering report received the same date.
2. Bonestr000, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as
engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications
for the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
, and upon vote being taken thereon, the

The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
