Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a option:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-443
DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK WITH RESPECT TO THE FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 79-442
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth has authorized the vacation
of a portion of Lancaster Lane Northerly from 19th Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City requires that two lots abutting on this right-of-way and
under the same ownership be combined into one tax parcel;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA as follows:
1. That the City Clerk is directed to not file the resolution vacating the
aforedescribed portion of Lancaster Lane until such time as the following
condition occurs:
a. Lots 16 and 17, Block 16 Medicine Lake Park 3rd Division are combined
into one tax parcel.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
unci1 , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
