RESOLUTION No. 2009-302
A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE POLICY REGARDING THE USE OF CITY OWNED LAND
FOR WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATION ANTENNAS AND TOWERS
WHEREAS, the City currently has a policy which allocates use of wireless telecommunication
revenue; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to amend said policy; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that an updated policy is approved stipulating that
revenue generated from telecommunication antennas located on park property will be shared
between the City's General Fund and the Park Replacement Fund, and fiirther, that the City
Finance Director is authorized to make this change affective in the year 2010.
