Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a �special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,�nM nesota was a on the
30th day of July , 1979 . The following members were
present: M, mor Hunt, Council members_ Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth
The following members were a sent: None
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-430
ADOPTING CHARGE TO THE PLYMOUTH PARK AND RECREATION ADVISORY COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has been
established to provide advice and recommendations to the City Council
regarding matters pertaining to parks and recreation programs, and
WHEREAS, the City Council and the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission
have met to develop a charge for the Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the charge as submitted to this Council in the
City Manager's memorandum dated July 26, 1979 be and the same is hereby
adopted.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
Count 21L� , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof' Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hovt. Neils and Spaeth
ine following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
