the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
30th day of July , 1979 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79426
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
PROJECT NO. 934
COUNTY ROAD 9 AND ZACHARY LANE
WHEREAS, plans for Hennepin County Project No. 7910 showing proposed alignment,
profiles, grades, and cross sections, together with specifications and special
provisions for the improvement of County State Aid Highway No. 9 within the
limits of the City of Plymouth and a County Aid Project have been prepared and
presented to the City
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that said plans, specifications, and special provisions be in all things
approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: _Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport
Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
