Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-425
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
A PORTION OF 37TH AVENUE IN PLYMOUTH HILLS ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.841, the City Council is proposing to vacate
the following street:
That part of 37th Avenue North as dedicated in Plymouth Hills,
according to the recorded plat thereof lying easterly of a line
and its northerly and southerly extension described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of Outlot E said
Plymouth Hills; thence easterly along the south line
of said Outlot E, 539.27 feet to the point of beginning;
thence deflect to the right 90 degrees a distance of
60.00 feet and there terminating.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of August 20, 1979
at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth Center, 3400 Plymoith Boulevard,
as the time and place for the Public Hearing on said Petition and directs the
administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
