RESOLUTION 79-423
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR "AMERIKS FIRST ADDITION"
FOR ROBERT AMERIKS (A-829)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract
for Ameriks First Addition as requested by Robert Ameriks;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to re-
cording of said plat:
1. Compliance with the Engineer's memorandum for this project;
2. Payment of park dedication fees in lieu of dedication in an amount
based upon 12 single family lots according to City Park Dedication
Policy in effect at the time of filing of final plat.
3. Dedication of necessary right-of-way for the Quaker Lane cul-de-sac
from proposed Lot 7 as approved by the City Engineer;
4. The land reverting to this property from the vacation of 27th Ave. N.
shall be distributed throughout the plat thereby reducing the lot width
variances; Lots 2 and 3 shall be reoriented to front onto Quaker Lane.
