RESOLUTION 79-422
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "AMERIKS FIRST ADDITION"
FOR ROBERT AMERIKS (A-829)
WHEREAS, Robert Ameriks has requested approval of the final plat for "Ameriks
First Addition", a plat for 12 single family lots at the southwest corner'cof
28th Ave. N. and Orleans Lane and a development contract therefor; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its
approval; and
WHEREAS, City staff has prepared a development contract covering the improve-
ments related to said plat;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does approv., the request of Robert
Ameriks for final plat approval of "Ameriks First Adition", a plat for 12
single family lots at the southwest corner of 28th Ave. N. and Orleans Lane;
FURTHER, that the development contract for said plat be approved and that
the Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the development contract
on behalf of the City.
