Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, ameeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was e d on the
23rd day of July , 19_1j. The following members were
present: mayor Hunt Cou cilmemb r Davenport.
The following members were absent: None
Gouncilmember yt introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79 - 420
APPROVAL OF ON -SALE NON -INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL
WHEREAS, application for renewal of On -Sale Non -intoxicating Malt Liquor
License has been received from Kenneth G. Hampton dba
Hampton Hills Golf Course
5313 Juneau Lane
Plymouth, MN 55442
for consideration and approval by the Plymouth City Council, in accordance
with Chapter XII, Section 1210.01, Plymouth Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that On -Sale Non -intoxicating Malt Liquor License be
renewed for Kenneth G. Hampton for a period to expire June 30, 1980.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
