moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79 - 415
APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT FOR WEAVER ELECTRIC, ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR FOR
CITY PROJECT 615, CITY CENTER BUILDING
WHEREAS, Weaver Electric, Inc., has requested final payment for the electrical
contract for City Project 615, City Center building, and
WHEREAS, the final payment has been reviewed and approved by Thorsen and Thorshov,
architects for City Project 615, and
WHEREAS, the final payment represents all outstanding change orders related to
the electrical project for City Project 615;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve final payment to Weaver Electric,
Inc., electrical contractor for City Project 615, City Center Building in the
amount of $2,932.83, representing payment in full for the contract amount of
$156,742.83, and
FURTHER, the City Clerk is hereby authorized to release performance securities in
accordance with the specifications and contract for this project.
