Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was heTd on the
23rd day of July , 1979 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79 - 414
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT TO HORWITZ MECHANICAL, INC., MECHANICAL
CONTRACTORS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF PROJECT 615, CITY CENTER BUILDING
WHEREAS, a request for final payment in the amount of $2060 has been received
from Horwitz Mechanical, Inc., Mechanical Contractors for City Project 615, City
Center Building, and
WHEREAS, the request has been reviewed and recommended for approval by Thorsen
and Thorshov Associates, architects for City Project 615;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve final payment in the amount of
$2060 to Horwitz Mechanical, Inc., representing payment in full for the contract
amount of $213,342 for Project 615 Mechanical Contract, and
FURTHER, the City Clerk is hereby authorized to release performance securities
in conformance with the specifications and mechanical contract for City Project 615.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Gpyncilmember Ho t 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote favor avor t ereo ; Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport
Hot Neils and SgAeth
Ine following vote against or abstained; None
Whereupon the Resolution was 'declared duly passed and adopted,
