Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was heTd on the
23rd day of July , I979 . The following members were
present: Mavor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport Hovt Nei -is and Spaeth

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-413
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
PROJECT NO. 908
MEDINA ROAD UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for additional storm
sewer to service Lots 2, 3 and 4 of the Vicksburg Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS, the Change Order No. 1 for Project 908 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for Project 908 (Utility Improvement) by adding
$26,881.00 is approved and that the existing contract price of $328,479.50 is
revised to $355,360.50.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
