the City Council of the City of Plymouth, innesota was held onthe
23rd day of July , 1979 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-412
APPROVING AWARD OF CONTRACT
PROJECT NO. 935
RIDGEMOUNT AVENUE BIKEWAY
WHEREAS, pursuant to an agreement between the City of Plymouth and the City of
Minnetonka dated April 25, 1979, the City of Minnetonka has received bids for
the construction of the Ridgemount Avenue Bikeway; and
WHEREAS, it appears that C. S. McCrossan, Inc. is the lowest responsible
bidder;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOL'.'ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that in accordance with.the agreement dated April 25, 1979 the City
of Minnetonka is authorized to ender into a contract with C. S. McCrossan, Inc.
for the construction of the Plteirburt.Avenue Bikeway. This approval is subject
to the final State approval of the award of the contract.
