Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 79-411
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR CHARLES DRESSEL (79048)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Charles Dressel,
Resolution 79-410;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to
be met prior to filing of said lot division:
1. Payment of park dedication fee in lieu of dedication for one lot in
accordance with City Park Dedication Policy in effect at the time of
filing the division;
2. All new construction shall comply with the Zoning Ordinance as to
setbacks;
3. Any and all additional residential equivalent charges, area and/or
lateral charges to be paid prior to building permit issuance;
4. Any new sewer or water connections to be made at owner's expense;
5. Required utility and drainage easements, as approved by the City
Engineer, to be filed prior to filing of lot division
