RESOLUTUION 79-408
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR "VOLP INDUSTRIAL PARK"
FOR VOLP CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (A-750)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development con-
tract for Volp Industrial Park as requested by Volp Construction Company;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to
recording said plat:
1. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum
for this project;
2. Design of that portion of Pond BC -9 within this plat shall be
specifically approved by the City Engineer.
