Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a SDecial meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, innesota was held on the
23rd day of July , 19 79 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 79-407
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "VOLP INDUSTRIAL PARK"
FOR VOLP CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (A-750)
WHEREAS, Volp Construction Company has requested approval of the final
plat fnr Volp Industrial Park, a plat for four industrial lots located in
the northwest quadrant of Niagara Lane and 28th Ave. N. and a development
contract therefore; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
its approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Staff has prepared a development contract covering the
improvements related to said plat;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does approve the request of
Volp Construction Company for final plat approval of Volp Industrial Park,
a plat for four industrial lots located in the northwest quadrant of
Niagara Lane and 28th Ave. N.;
FURTHER, that the development contract for said plat be approved and that
the Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the development contract
on behalf of the City.
